How did the two authors coordinate their work on Spies Against Armageddon?
The two authors divided the research. Dan focused on the U.S., and Yossi focused on Israel. We looked at a lot of press clippings, to see what was correct or wrong in previously published material. We had good access to people who had solid information on past operations. We divided the task into chapters — some of them originating with Yossi in Israel, and others with Dan in America. And eventually the book was stitched together to create one coherent narrative. (Yossi Melman, award-winning co-author of Spies Against Armageddon, speaks from Tel Aviv.)
